Infinito's Pizza Buffet

Never been to an infinitos and will NOT be returning. There was literally NO food unless you count 2 slices of dried up pineapple pizza. I was there with my daughter and eventually almost 45 min later there were some pizzas. I could see where this might happen at like 2 in the afternoon but this was 6pm. Dinner time. Felt bad for the employees. There looked to be only 3 of them.

We had dinner at this Infinito's on Tuesday, 7-14-2026. We arrived at 7:45PM. They don't close until 9:00PM. Youthful staff was not interested in making more pizza even though most trays had one or two withered pieces left. Salad bar needed to be cleaned up and refreshed. Staff was more interested in mopping the food prep areas behind the buffet which I find disgusting when the restaurant is still open with customers present. Only a few utensils available (forks knives, spoons). My wife requested a pineapple upside down pizza and it took forever. When it finally came out it was burnt. Crust was hard like burnt cardboard. We have had much better experiences at this location but it was not worth the money spent on this trip. Most likely will not be back.

I cant shout out loud enough to Brandon, Bryce and Barb last night at Infinitos on S. Queen. We got there about 6 and these kids were slammed. I mean slammed. And were the only 3 working. But man did they butt a$$ and did absolutely amazing with what they were working with. I know some customers were probably having a fit, but shame on them when those 3 were doing their absolute best and not one time did you see a sigh or see them get too stressed. They just kept rolling. I called to let the manager know just how impressed we were. Yeah, it took longer to eat but you know what, I got more time with my family and friends laughing and just making the best. Lastly...also a huge shout out to Barb, she is also a new mom I found out trying to work full-time, be a mom and pump while at work. Being a mom myself she is so Inspiring. Thanks again you all. Don't let the negativity bring you down.

I've been twice; one good, one bad experience. The first time I was there was midweek. It was busy, but not overwhelming the staff. The salad bar was nice; everything seemed to be fresh. The pizza selection was impressive. They even have dessert pizzas! Occasionally, they would run out of cheese, or pepperoni pizza, but the wait was never long. The second time I went, the busser(s) couldn't keep up with clearing and cleaning tables. We ended up with a dirty table. On top of that, they ran out of forks! Quite impossible to eat a salad without one. I shan't be deterred. I will go back; probably not on a Friday evening. $12 all you can eat pizza/pasta/salad bar!

Yum! Visiting town for business and had to try this. Very good. Quality of food is excellent! Variety of pizza hot and fresh. They’ll make one if they don’t already have the variety. Bread sticks are delicious, everything was! Customer Service was top notch, all employees friendly and smiling. Troy was very friendly and informative when I checked in for a table. Price was a value. Would visit again when in the area. Give it a try you’ll be glad you did!
